Inspired by the vibrant cultures and cuisines of Latin America, Fuego—meaning “fire” in Spanish—will stoke your tastebuds.

Since our opening in 2014, every experience at Fuego has been a celebration, scores of tables and tales shared with family and friends, integral to the tapestry of life in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

Barramundi, coconut tiger’s milk, shiso gremolata,vinegared puy lentils, toasted coconut

Torched Salmon Ceviche

Torched salmon, yuzu, wasabi, preserved lemon, cucumber pickle, salt foam, tequila, red seaweed

Rum, calamansi, homemade ginger beer & gunpowder bitters

Marimbar Summer

Bacardi carta negra, aperol, passion fruit, lemon, salted vanilla pineapple syrup

Whiskey Sour

Smoked bourbon, lemon, homemade corn-butter syrup & cayenne pepper

Ceviche:
Ultra-fresh raw fish
cooked by the acidity of lemon or lime

Chimichurri:
An Argentinean sauce of fresh parsley, garlic, olive oil and vinegar

We are open from 6pm to midnight and last orders are at 10.30pm. Reservations can be made for:

1st seating: from 6pm*
2nd seating: from 8.30pm

*please note the we will need the table back
for the 2nd seating

Reservations are recommended but you can try your luck and walk-in, especially if you are early or very late (after 10pm). If you only want to enjoy a drink or a snack then coming late is the best. Please contact us if you have any special requests or would like to reserve for larger groups.
